When & Where: 1 hour each week in a gorgeous, calming hygge-inspired space (yes, you and your baby will actually want to be here).
For Your Baby: A safe, relaxed play space so you don’t need to stress about them wriggling while you learn.
For You: Each week we’ll dive into a different baby sleep topic—always gentle, always realistic, never judgmental.
No Pressure to Remember: You’ll get a simple email summary after every session, so you can stay present instead of scribbling notes.

During this block of 5 sessions, you'll learn:
how to reduce night waking
what steps to include in the bedtime routine to help your little one sleep for longer
numerous gentle self-settling techniques
example nap schedules per age
how and when to navigate nap transitions
I’ll give you tailored advice, and we’ll discuss progress and troubleshoot as the weeks go on.

A block of 5 sessions, the first being on the 6th of November 2025, and the last being on the 4th of December 2025
